The land | Mazaleón, essentially agricultural

The village of Mazaleón is in the Matarraña county, in the eastern part of the province of Teruel, bordering Catalonia.

The county includes the towns of the Matarraña river basin and the Aragonese part of the Algars river, its Capital is Valderrobles.

For its part Mazaleón is essentially an agricultural town, dedicated to the cultivation of peaches, olives, almonds and grapes.

The fruit trees are mainly in the Matarraña riverside and the mountains are occupied by almond and olive trees, primitive crops of the area.

It should be emphasized an Iberian settlement next to the San Cristobal hermit of Mazaleón, and an interpretation center of Iberian culture.
